I just moved in and have had horrible dealings with management and maintenance. This building is infested. They spray but it does nothing. other problems management cant take care of. Don't move to Berkshire!!!!!

It seemed ok during the day when we looked at the model apartment, but that night, there was sooooo much noise (the walls are paper thin). Thenm one week later, someone STOLE the parking pass out of our truck and we got towed in the middle of the night for a fee of 85 bucks. We moved out within one month! TERRIBLE!

Crime rate is terrible. There are also no washer/dryer hook ups. You have to use the coin operated laundry they provide. There are no coin machines and the office refuses to give quarters.

I know right, am I the only one that picks up my dogs poop. Also if your checking in here while looking at apartments, you should probably ask for your ID back and leave as soon as possible.
