Under new horrible management now The Arbors of Glen Ellyn. Long term Residents are moving out in handfuls. The new office manager is Sue and she is cold and uncaring. It hurts me to write out my rent check... yes its really that bad. The buildings are old with many issues and they have poor maintenance guys that cheap out and have made huge costly mistakes to the residents with no compensation...

Our apartment flooded because the untrained maintenance guy broke a pipe off of the water heater and they have not apologized or compensated for anything that was damaged.
