I think anyone with half a mind will realize that the repeated reviews for Leah and the maintenace man are simply repeats from the same people under different names. These apartments have been here for 2 decades and it shows. These apartments are only ideal for single's without children. Berkshire is not family friendly and as far as the the apartments themselves... you get what you pay for... ...
Love living here. Close to shopping and tons of restaurants. The staff (office and maintenance) are both great. Would definitely recommend!
We have lived at Berkshire since April of this year. Of all the maintenance workers here at the apartments, Dwight has truly been the hardest working, at least in our apartment area. He worked long and hard, and by himself to landscape the front of our building and it looks 100% better as a result of his efforts. Dwight should be recognized by management for his outstanding efforts.
I had a tour with the nicest employee, she was very helpfull and pleasant. I am looking forward to completing my application for future residence. Thank you again Berkshire for your great staff and beautiful apartments.
I have to go over the managers head to get anything taken care of and because of it she is unfair and rude to me and my family. I have three small children and when windows are open and boys are playing she will give me a lease violation for noise and disturbing other neighbors. Poor quality apartments.
