Berkeley Services pressure washed our parking lot and then line striped it. They did an amazing job. They worked in the middle of the night, which mitigated extra hassle for customer traffic.Contact Brett or Lance, you won't regret it.

It is now the 10th of Jan and my Christmas lights installed by this company have not been taken down.
They claimed that they told me that their obligation is only to remove them within the first two weeks of January: I have no recollection of being told this and they provided me with no standard terms and conditions to back this assertion.
They also claim it is standard practice for them to receive payment before they complete the work. Well I paid them on December 30th, so why have they not done the work?
