When I first moved in, several years ago, this seemed like a decent place to live. It's close to the freeway, it's back off of main roads so there's not much traffic noise, and the staff was very friendly and aimed to please. I thought the biggest problem would be the appliances from 1990.

I only moved here because of the close proximity to a new job. I was shown one apartment but was given another to move into. the one that I did move into was old and dated. The cabinets are laminated pressboard and about half of the edge banding has fallen off. Maintenance's solution to this is to simply paint the edges of the exposed pressboard.
