I enjoy going to your eye center and the location is easy to get to in downtown Houston. Karen, who I believe is the office manager, is most polite and helpful. Dr. Bertrand is the best, but I believe she is moving to another location. I've tried other eye doctors over the year, but none come close to Berkeley.

Very convenient, efficient service. Karen worked hard to find new super lightweight eyeglass frames that would fit me perfectly, be comfortable and of course be very cute too!

Everybody was great at The Park Shops. Very friendly and helpful. The doctor advised me on adding some vitamins for my eyes and using eye drops everyday for dry eye. Didn't have to wait for my appointment. Was sen immediately.

I visited last week as a new patient and could not have been happier with the whole experience. The appointment setting was easy and the ordering of the contacts was especially easy. The biggest difference was Dr. Palumbo changing the eye that I put my ONE contact in for my near vision. The …

Great staff and top notch routine visit with Dr Bertrand this morning. Very friendly all around and took plenty of time to explain things and answer any and all questions. Also very transparent and honest regarding cost and billing. Highly recommended!

The Shops Downtown doctor and staff are very thorough and customer oriented. I had an urgent issue and they went all out to service me. I will definitely make them my primary eye care center.

This is a great place and they know their stuff. Customer service is my thing and they get an A+! Dr. Hollas is the bees knees!! He's so funny and nice. However, I am little disappointed, because I thought I needed glasses. I had the frames already picked out and everything. I was wrong...no glasses …
