BEC have good employee that work hard at what they do. Rico H. is one of a kind hard working gentleman who always have a smile on his face. Keep up the good work

I just want to give a great review for one of your employees. I spoke to several girls and they were rude and not willing to help me at all. I then spoke to a wonderful gentleman named Jack Schurlknight. He was very polite from the moment he answered the phone. He was extremely helpful and kind. You need more people like him working for you and less of the rude ones like the girls I spoke to....

This place sucks. I mean, SUCKS! Customer service is horrible, the people in the office are ruder than anyone I've ever talked to. I absolutely HATE Berkeley Electric! I wish I could give it zero stars. They aren't worth a half of a star! I hope someone from their goose creek office reads this. Anna and Jack, you both should be ashamed of yourselves.
