Have done biz w. these guys for 20+ years...they are fair and honest...I have seen them handle customer disputes before and I think they are pretty decent...it's hard to make everyone happy but if your material is clean and prepared this is the place to sell scrap...

took advantage of one of my workers ,gave .15lb for aluminum.call them to complain but the women was very rude and told me if I didn't like it not to come back
