Fabulous people to work with! Treated me WAY better than the local dealership. Explained everything in detail & did a wonderful job on my Mercedes SUV! And I love the personal touch of receiving a thank you card in the mail after service

My personal experience with taking my Mercedes to Benzin Motorwerks.  I would avoid this place at all costs.Make sure you cover the diagnostic charge over and over.   Record the conversation or sign an agreement.  If you happen to decline the repairs for their very expensive charges, you will have added expense to your diagnostic that was not discussed.  Once you begin to inquire about the...
