Love our KODIAK camper

My parents bought there, my friends bought there and now we buy there. They had everything we needed in 1 location. We were able to go camping that weekend. The camper selection was huge and their service guys were very helpful. I noticed a very clean and professional atmosphere. They were more than willing to answer all my questions and treated me like I was spending big money. We actually were there for the internet special (Heavily Discounted). The service manager even gave us a full tour of our new camper to be sure I could operate everything. Great service, and will be sending my friends.

Do NOT buy from Bent RV. We purchased a voltage and paid $100,000 plus and have had nothing but problems with the service department. Numerous calls with no return calls when promised. ..emails sent with the issues and no reply. Since buying our RV we have had to bring it back 3 times with the last resulting in additional damage caused while they had it and once again numerous calls &...

Do not buy from these people!!!! I bought a new elkridge and I've had a few issues with it within a month of owning it and they will not fix anything. They claim everything is working fine when it's not. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! They do not care about your trailer after you pull it off of the lot.

Vague Comments

I would be more than happy to respond to accusations that had some merit or at least more specific details. There are many things owners of businesses do to operate their business that employees do not know all the facts surrounding the actions. These employees may have partial information and therefore they may misunderstand the managers actions. I take pride in employing over 50 employees...

While working for this individual he KNOWINGLY tried to sell a unit with dry-rotted tires. He verbally abuses his staff on a regular basis - even in the presence of customers. On one instance he placed someone in the position of manager - then without even allowing them to know there was any sort of problem with their performance - ran an AD for that position. Bent's RV treats its employees like garbage. They refuse to issue due paychecks to employee's who've left. Charge employees for uniform shirts and give them away to other employees. Even cancel paychecks of employee's who quit.
The owner verbally attacks you, and does nothing when you report verbal mistreatment by other management. Company did not fire an employee who tried to force himself on...
