We were very disappointed in the quality of food and service. We enjoy fine dinning in the Kansas City area and have always enjoyed our dinning experiences at Benton's. This experience was very disappointing as the service was poor, we sat at our table for 10 minutes prior to being recognized by our wait staff, the food came not cooked as ordered. We visited Benton's on one of their last days of operation. The food was outstanding and the service was personalized and prompt. I am very sad to know I will no longer be able to enjoy the Benton's experience. Hopefully they will reopen one day in all of their former glory.

Located on the rooftop of The Westin Crown Center, Benton's Steak and Chop House serves dinner every night except Sunday. The restaurant also offers a Sunday brunch. Reservations are highly recommended.
