Service has gotten much better

I was in here one year ago and got really bad service and product. However, I found myself back at the gateway recently and decided to give them another try. The service was much better from the 2 girls working Sat July 11 in the afternoon. The cookies were better too. They were not rock hard like the last time I came. I am glad the management hired a better staff.

These cookies are great in taste, but you have to watch out. Some, like the snickerdoodle, are left partially uncooked and they are really soft in the center. I bought 30 cookies for a dinner I was having and some guests were a little hesitant to eat them. I thought they were good. The chocolate on chocolate is very good.

Also when I walked into the store, the sales associate was talking on the phone to her friend about some problem she was having at a party the night before and she waited until she was done with her call to even ask me what I wanted. I thought this was odd.
