It was Very easy to understand how this Gentleman has been able to stay in business for over 30 years!!! What a pleasure to deal with someone who knows what Customer Service means & he's a craftman to boot!! He not only saved my shoes, $$ in my wallet (he is more than reasonable)but I walked out of his shop smiling-How often does that happen anymore. most stores you have to pay way more than...
