Two bad experiences---I'll start with the more serious one. I got my wife a gift card for a massage for Mother's Day, but she didn't use it until late August. A half hour after she got home, Spa Ben Mar Nicos called and told her that her gift card was already spent earlier in the month. I wanted to send a message to the owner about my party's experience at Spa Ben Mar Nico's in November. After numorous UN-returned messages trying to reach the manager/owner by phone, I wanted to express my displeasure and dissatisfaction in this spa.

I have been to numerous Day Spas locally and internationally, and I have never seen such disorganization and unprofessionalism in a spa...
