Too much chatting and not enough focus on the brows. It didn't even look like I had them waxed. There also was a lot more tweezing than anything. I didn't have an appointment but they made time to accommodate me. Alicia listened to my brow concerns and wants, made her suggestions, and did a great job waxing my brows. Somehow I have a slight arch on my perpetually straight brows. Another employee (Michelle?) showed me how to fill my brows in properly. Good customer service.

I'm only giving a one star because I couldn't find Helena working there anymore. I needed her & had an appt. I miss her! Best brow guru EVER!! I hunted and found her website in case anyone else felt like I do. Www.helentatamargo.com

Helena is pretty good. The other person that did by brows wasn't great. She didn't do what I wanted, and had to have another beautician advise them. If I ever come back I would go to Helena. This place is extremely pricy.
