These guys are great!! After reading all of the bad reviews I was a little worried - but they are awesome. I called about a part for an archaic oven in my house - literally I think the thing is from the late 70's - they didn't have it in stock, but the part was there first thing in the morning! They were cheaper and faster than anywhere I looked online - seriously these are the people to know if you fix your own stuff.
Called the store to ask for a part and the woman on the phone was rude and disrespectful. If you want to be treated like c@!p and learn what customer service should not be, give them a call.
I wouldn't waste your time contacting these people unless you have tons of money to throw out the window also!!

Poor communication, left appliance un-repaired, this is not service.
My 11 year-old fridge needed a relay and a t-stat. They quickly diagnosed the problem, got me working while they ordered the stat and came back and finished the job in less than a week. I have no complaints.
