My first two choices of ice cream were not available because they were too frozen for the server to scoop. Not sure if they had a defective freezer or they need to hire stronger servers

Happened to be in Ventura for Ben and Jerry's birthday celebration. FREE ice cream! We had Hazed and Confused. Really good! Would have gotten five stars even if the ice cream weren't free.
