CAUTION-MUST BE OUT OF BUSINESS We bought the 24/7 service agreement...BUT this weekend we had a pipe blow out in the basement. Tried phoning, emailing Benj Franklin/Bob's Reedville--*no* response at all. AND both the directions from the 800# AND dialing direct get us to an answering service that disavows knowledge of Benj Franklin and is a different company. MUST HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. THANKS FOR THE USELESS WARRANTY, GUYS.

Had an emergency with leaking water, and they came the same day working around my schedule. Drew was not only very professional, courteous and knowledgeable but answered all my questions. Plus, very reasonable rates. Will recommend and use again.

I have never had plumbing issues before and was more than impressed with John's professionalism and all around knowledge of his craft. Not knowing what to expect when you have a plumbing issue can be nerve racking considering the costs that can be associated with it. Very nice guys. They fixed the plumbing but it took them over 3 hours longer then quoted on the phone. Might call them again.
