I would definately use Ben Air again. Our heater went in 2011 in the middle of winter and Ben Air came out immediately to resolve the problem. It took a couple of days to order the part, but Ben Air was out the same day thto install it. Recently (Sept. 2012) our air conditioner started leaking, and once again Ben Air came out right away. He even offered help over the phone on what I could do...

We had Ben, rick, and Jim out during our heatwave and exceeded our expectations, and were very fair with pricing! Thanks guys!
