Constantly smells like weed

A lot of the residents smoke week and now our entire apartment constantly reeks of weed. It is the worst. When we complained to the staff they laughed it off and just said oh no. I am a teacher and cannot risk having my clothes smell like weed.

Nice Apartment, horrible staff

We moved into Belterra a year and a half ago while it was still owned by Lincoln Properties. We LOVED it then. It was a great price, grounds were well taken care of, and the office staff was amazing. However, since the new owners came it has been horrible. They are terrible at communication, there seems to be a large staff turnover, and they are constantly leaving warnings for simple things....
