This place is beautiful and the service is top notch! Everyone is very friendly. My apartment is very nice and the clubhouse is really nice to have in walking distance. I highly recommend Belmont Ridge!

Belmont Ridge is a very nice place to live at first especially if you own a pet however once you move in, things seem to go down hill for us tennants! The office staff is constantly changing which leads to miscommunication issues! I have had a couple apartments at Belmont and pay extra for the ""UPDATED"" kitchen! The apartment I was shown prior to moving in with the updated kitchen was AWESOME! New flooring, new appliances, and pretty cabinets and even a built in wine shelf! The updated kitchen in both of my apartments were HORRID! I had the new cabinets but all old apliances and...

I have been providing Renters Insurance for many of the tenants at Belmont Ridge for close to 8 years now. I established a great working relationship with a couple of people on their staff. I have always found it to be a pleasurable experience when calling or visiting the grounds. I'm sure you will find the sales office will look out for your best interests.
