Absolutely HORRIBLE installation. When they installed our AC units one conditioning unit had no drip pan under it, the drip pan under the other was over 6" to short and was useless. Now I find out...

BEWARE!! They installed two units cost about $3500 telling us these were THE units to have...yada yada. These units were so inferior to what we had. These units broke down completely within the warranty period...

4/28/2009, 1170 Lexington Rd. BSL Short in wiring of unit caused complete destruction of all wires. Repairman without any diagram completely rewired unit and had it running in about an hr. Please give my personal thank you to the responsible employee. Eugene Dingwall
