This is a family owned business. Enough said. They care about making the customer happy. They take equipment up to the local schools so mom doesn't have to run all over town. They have great relationships with the local school band directors. They always have what we need or they get it asap. I won't go anywhere else. Prices are good too.

This is the most honest and reliable music shop in the DFW area. My 2 sons have rented instruments from Steven Bell and we have never been disappointed. On occasion, he has even picked up and returned the instruments at their school. Keep up the excellent customer service!!!!!!!
