Brought Honda Odyssey in for inspection was failed for catalytic converter error. I brought the van to one of Massachusetts recommended stations to verify. $100 later they confirmed. I replaced the catalytic converter and did not reset the light. Brought it back to Bellingham Sunoco with light off, they refused to do the reinspection unless the car went 150 miles. I told them the engine light went out on it's own and wasn't reset. I asked them to just do the inspection he still said no. So I asked if we could bring it to another station then and he said OK. So I went up the street to the Shell and the vehicle passed without a problem but I had to pay another $29 dollars. I was upset because it was within the 60 days and I asked if I could bring it somewhere else they said OK. When I went back to tell them I had to pay another $29 dollars they screamed and yelled at me saying they never said that. My wife was right with me. They also stated they never refuse to do inspections. These mechanics don't know what they are talking about they are not knowledable and I would never trust someone that would yell at me and lie to my face. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR THERE!!!!
