Owner or manager of this location was refusing to accept return on Thursday, April 4th. The truck was having transmission problem. As such it consume more gas, and drive slow. The managements are good people but the truck is not in good shape and should not have rented to me in that condition. I have been using U -Hall for over 25 years, I will appreciate a rebate on the changes.
