They cancelled my order, charged me without having the flowers delivered. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told " They refused the order", I didnt even get a courtesy Call, Email to at least advise me that they were not going to deliver the flowers???. After I asked why they didnt call me, person said "THATS IS NOT HOW THIS WORKS".. I will NOT purchase from these people...
