This was my first time at Belle Tire. They installed a new set of Kellys on my little Fiesta. i got a great deal.on these tires and love the way my car handles. I have always bought my tires at Discount Tire before. When I went to Belle Tire on Tuesday, everything was done in a professional way. They have earned my business from here on out. Beware. Went to the Jackson location after I needing a flat tire repair. At the time I was told that my front/rear brakes wear was significant enough that I needed both the pads and rotors replaced. I foolishly had them replace the rear brakes and waited on the front brakes. I decided to schedule an appointment with my mechanic instead to have my front brakes replaced rather than Belle Tire....

Dropped my boyfriend's car off for an oil change today, they called us to come pick it up after a few hours. My boyfriend gave me his card and asked me to checkout while he ran to the restroom. They changed me over $65 for an oil change that they had previously charged $25 on his last visit. He called back and asked an employee what it would cost for an oil change on his car, and was quoted $35...

I had made an appointment one week earlier for 1:00 p.m. today. I arrived on time but after waiting my turn in line and they located my account in the computer it was 1:20. Not a big problem. I was told it would be 1-1/2 hours to mount and balance two tires and do a front end alignment. After 1 hour I checked on the progress and was told they were just putting the tires on!
