I placed an order - meeting their minimum - and was quoted a day of completion. on that date, i couldn't get anyone on the phone or any info. the next day they told me that they were pushing my order back, because larger customers come first.
i run a business too, and need things on the day they are promised. i will take my business elsewhere as i need reliability, and don't like being treated as lesser, just because my business is smaller.

totally disorganized and difficult. then when i finally placed an order, they didn't complete it by the promised date and told me their larger customers come first. fine. i will go elsewhere.
do not buy from these irresponsible people.

The pillows here are professionally made, the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Pillows are custom and they only sell to wholesalers, not to the public. Service is excellent.
