I originally wanted to return my equipment here but when I rented my trailer I was told I had to drop it off in another city. I had to go on my own and see if they would take the return. They did. Your representatives don't even know where you have locations. It's pretty bad the customers know more than your agents.
There was a crack in the window. That really should be fixed before renting the van again. It's hard to see with it directly in the driver's view.
We were jerked aroiund all day after previous arrangements were made when this agent came through with flying colors.
