I was really disappointed all 3 times I've been here! The first time, I went for waxing and after the service was complete, I was told that there was an extra $5 charge for being a first time client????? Shouldn't it be the opposite? The second time, I went for a blowout. The stylist was friendly, but really didn't dry my hair well. The third time, I had bought a Groupon and booked pedicures...
