There are 3 reasons why I continue visiting visiting Bella. Reason one is the first person that I see when I walk thru the doors - Rob. He is a treasure to say the least. Second is the fabulous young lady that colors and cuts my hair, always making me feel beautiful when leaving - Lauren. Third, the gracious and accommodating remaining staff. Everyone is always friendly and eager to assist you....

After going in yesterday for my color my hair did not lighten nearly as much as it has in my previous times coming to Bella. (If not at all really) I was disappointed in the result, however the staff was friendly and my stylist said she would have me back to fix it. That in turn is great, because it truly shows the effort they make to have completely satisfied guests. I hope it's lightened...

I was fit in same day with a last minute appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I love my haircut from Jessica!
