Very dissatisfied with our experience here. We called ahead for an appointment, which we were told would take from 35-40 minutes. We were also clear about our expectations during the call. I bought my wedding dress from this store. It was the 3rd shop I went to. I was just about ready to give up. I walked in and feel in love with the 1st dress I tried on. The Customer Service here was awesome and the prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend that anyone and everyone check them out! I was very satisfied.

Id have to disagree with ALL of the negativity about Bella Bridal. They are wonderful people! Their always their asking you if you need any help which is great! The ladies that work at Bella Bridal are WONDERFUL! Were human everyone makes mistakes so the people who put the negativity stuff on here needs to realize that! Ive had NO problems with Bella Bridal.
