Bell + Whete is a brand new restaurant from the creators of Local 360 Café & Bar, opening in the summer 2014 at the 206 Bell Apartments in Belltown. Inspired by the Normans, the original foodies of England and France who defined much of what we eat today, Bell + Whete will serve swine of all varieties, roasted fowl, housemade sausage, and over seventy beers and ciders on tap.

my airbnb was close so we went here the first night.
cool open place with a super chill bartender and bar goers

The server was inattentive (didn't come back after our drinks were empty for awhile then it was bill time). Portions small and not that exciting for the value. We had the mussels and fries appetizer and the green beans and the shawarma wrap. Best thing was the green beans. The wrap had fatty meat in it.

Food was fantastic- the baked polenta with cheese almost brought me to tears *sniff* Service was not terrible, but not very smooth either. Since I love nearby, I will definitely be back. Pretty spacious interior and a great patio area.

Great happy hour menu and prices, though some items were on the HH menu and were the same price as the regular menu, but whatevs. Can't beat $5 Moscow mules! I had the quinoa wrap which was underwhelming. My husband loved the pork belly. Gratuity is automatically charged which is semi-annoying, but I was fine with it here since we had great service.
