Loundes did a fantastic job on the maintenance job. We asked maintenance (on different things) multiple times. She was really nice and professional and actively helped fix issues we didn't even ask for.

Overpriced, not a fan of the management. Location is good but so is anything in downtown bellevue

I could write a long review, but for the love of God, do not live here unless you want a cheaply constructed apartment, noisy exterior, overzealous rent charges, and cold-hearted management. There are simply better alternatives in the area. Pay more if you have to, just learn from my mistake and cross this place off your list.
