I finally received by replacement electronic air cleaner cell on 12/9/11. I suspect Be-Aire was overwhelmed as they had lost their warehouse person. I sent an e-mail note to them thanking them for sending the proper cell.

I purchased an electronic air cleaner cell from Bel-Aire in Sept. 2011. Unfortunately, I purchase the wrong cell and asked to return it. I got an e-mail from them stating how to make the return and followed the directions to the letter, including insuring the return shipping. After a month I tried to contact Bel-Aire and got no reply.
