In a neighborhood that already boasts several above-average Thai-esque eateries, this Park Slope restaurant has a tall order to fill. Echoing the restaurant's name, the bright red and purple color scheme is sleek, and nicely contrasted with the vibrant hues on the walls and ceiling, save for the not-too-comfortable IKEA-like white chairs and tables. But in such a chic atmosphere, the food pales...

The "prices can't be beet" at this "cheerful" Park Slope Thai decorated like a "neon Space Age wonderland"; the menu runs the gamut from "standard favorites" to "unique creations", though some feel it all "ends up looking and tasting the same."

Spicy Udon Noodles. A+++

They have great lunch deals with salad with that ginger peanutty dressing, spring rolls and a choice of entree, like chicken pad Thai or this other noodle dish I got. I've been here twice and i'd go back again. In the summer, the whole front of the restaurant is open to the sunny outdoors.
