I hardly ever write reviews, but because of the negative review on this page, I felt the need to stand up for this company! I recently had a problem with my washing machine so I did some asking around and was referred to this company. I also printed off a coupon from their website that I was able to use! Being a woman I'm always concerned about who I let into my home and Dean made me feel so comfortable. He was clean cut, in uniform, with a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh! I called Beehive Appliance Service regarding a problem with a dishwasher issue. I was charged $69 only to be told that the dishwasher had been loaded incorrectly and that there was some serious soap build up. He sat there and scraped some build-up with a screwdriver then I was then told to go buy muriatic acid and do a treatment myself. I thought that since nothing had been repaired (the reason I called) and I had not purchased anything from them, they would not charge me or I would only be charged only a portion of the price. I feel like $69 is pretty steep for a trip/diagnostic charge. ...
