Me & my girl friend decided to buy the best mattress at this store from a referral and we were surely not disappointed with the customer service. Troy was really helpful in finding us that best suited our needs & we also purchased same mattress for our kids. Delivery was perfect and on time as well. We are very grateful that we purchased our mattress from this store. You would not be disappointed.

Poor Customer Service - Bedtime Mattress

Salesman Danny was OK, but (Management) Customer Service Sucks.
I would not recommend this place!!!
Delivery was not as scheduled. A morning delivery request 4 days in advance ended up being delivered and unpacked in the bedroom after 10:30 pm on a weekday night when I needed to get up at 4:00 am the next morning.
I actually called to cancel my bed purchase and regret not canceling my order. Only my call to the salesman to cancel my order at 9:00 pm, allowed the delivery guys an additional 20 minutes to arrive at my residence.
The Bed is only OK, and with hindsight I wish I purchased...
