Terrible store manager

We had a wedding registry at Bed Bath and Beyond. One of our items was purchased in duplicate so we went to this store to exchange the item for something else. Overall the employees were very pleasant but once our transaction got difficult (because the 20% discount wasn't given to us and I didn't notice it until after the transaction was complete), the experience became unpleasant. Another employee, CJ was clearly unhappy with the female employee for making the mistake and didn't try to hide it at all.
