Might just be bad timing on our part but we arrived mid afternoon on a Friday. We were greeted soon after entering the store. It actually felt sincere and not one of those "welcome to blah blah"...

It was alright. It was hard to find because it is in the back of the shipping center. Plenty of parking, and no lines. Clean, but very cluttered. The store is small and hard to.find things....

Horrible horrible. Things from a wedding registry were received broken! Even though they can find the purchase and see the date they still won't offer an even exchange! Mind Blown. Someone pays...

They had what I needed so I was happy. The fellow behind the register was busy chatting with co-workers rather than saying much of anything to me. I suppose customer service is non-existent...

Not my favorite BB&B but it's adequate. Crowded aisles, not with people, but with merchandise. Not easy to find unless you know exactly where you're going.
