This is in response to an experience that my husband & I had the Bed Bath & Beyond Grand Chute, WI store. We were so frustrated that we refuse to go back to any locations & have decided to complete our place settings directly through Mikasa.

I have always had very good service at this store. I also use their 20% off coupons when I buy merchandise. They take expired coupons and competitors. I prefer this store of Linens and Things. They seem to be better stock and the store is easier to navigate. I am always approached and offered help when I have shopped here.
