Warning - they charge 1-3% foreign fee which I think is rather much. Do not use BECU cards when traveling. Their description of merchants in the banking statement is rather limited as well without merchant name nor location/address.
Parking is nearly impossible unless you drive a tiny car that will fit in the parking garage. Once you finally find a spot and get into BECU you're "greeted" by a kiosk to check in. Then you sit in the waiting area (or stand if the 8 chairs are full) and wait...and wait...and wait...and wait. I'm not sure what happens …
Seriously a kiosk sign in? I work in tech and think this is a bad idea. Totally impersonal and confusing. When I didn't know what to do an employee snapped at me. The open space in the middle of the room is equally weird. Really dislike the function and design of this BECU. Help!!!
