Always so helpful. This is my favorite branch to travel to, they work their best to give you their full attention but they also keep in mind there are others waiting so they make sure to stay on track and get to the point. So happy with them

Today I received the BEST customer service that I have ever received in my life. Angela R. Senior Member Consultant 1 800 233-2328 EXT 0420 with BECU located at the Hawks Prairie Neighborhood Financial Center next door to Panda Express. Not only did she make it easy but she guided me every step of the way and even did not like how my Debit Card printed out so she reprinted a new one without me...

If I didn't work here, I'd never have to step foot in the branch. The remote accesses are so convenient. I can deposit my checks with my smart phone. I can get cash out of ATMs for free, even at 7-Eleven. I can apply for a loan, sign for it all online. Simple!
