Do not use this firm...at all costs, find someone else...anybody else. You'll probably do better if you just represent yourself. They failed to file important matters in regard to my case until less than 24 hours before and doing so got them dismissed. The attorney seemed like it was her first day public speaking. Her voice was cracking and hands shaking. We lost, I lost, before we walked into that court room. They will only look out for themselves...and the sheisty doctor they will send you to. Refused to file an appeal and even tried to bully me into not filling one by saying I would be on my own without their representation. I should have taken them up on that as I'm sure I would have gotten better results than they ever could. Run!
Excellent firm they were very customer oriented, always courteous, and professional. They made me feel like they had my best interest at heart and gave me the right amount of information to analyze and make good choices regarding my case.
They passed my case around from paralegal to paralegal. I never knew who to ask for when I called. They never called to update me. I think the fee structure of 1/3 no matter how long they put into the case made them complacent about working on the case or being responsive to me. I could have done the work myself, and would have, had I known what a client like me typically asks for and expects...
