TERRIBLE - Over 2 months and I still haven't rec'd a check for just a stupid AMBULANCE coverage - my regular insurance already paid for the ambulance! They just are doing the accident copay! Send 2" (yes I measured it) via fax and they have just done a huge song & dance "check is in the mail" routine that would do any con artist proud! Now the latest - air ambulance coverage is not covered...
