Hi I was just wondering why a lot of the current residents have so many negative things to say? Why aren't the Builder and Selling Agent taking care of these problems? I certainly don't want to bring my Clients out there anymore. Don't just sell them a house and forget about them. They're human just like you are don't be greedy!
