Its horrible there! The landlord has no respect for NO ONE! She stays in my friends building and every night has her surround sound up to the max, but complains on my friend about her children being loud. Kids are going to be kids, is what I told my friend. The apartments aren't worth crap if you ask me! You can hear absolutely everything! Cant wait to get my friend out of there!!!!

Maybe it was my experience there but I didn't last months. I was at the bottom and every step/sound my neighbors made was louder than what happened in mine. Kids running around, fighting all from my neighbor and even they're intimate?

Spacious, Nice but Moved out

My 2 kids and I moved in and moved right out because every step my neighbor makes, every sound they make sounds like its in my apartment. The apartments are large and spacious but no one should have to live with the noise level we lived in. I can't say anymore than that.

I would not recommend Beaver Hollow to anyone to live!!! the manager does not work on anything nor is she personable. Oh yea at first she is nice to get you in there to live but after that it is pure and under HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She does not give a crap what goes on!!!! So everyone even on Section 8 look else where cause in less then 2 months you will be moving out
