Tried to make me commit to a contract, felt pressured and uncomfortable. Was mentioned "there's nothing we can do for you, find another dentist". Unprofessional and cold towards a new patient. I was the escort/caregiver of patient and when we left she ran after us to reinforce us to commit. This caused alarm towards my patient who suffers from dementia.
