We purchased a used 2005 Cross Country Sports Coach 40'Elite diesel pusher in March 2007. Beaudry did not complete the items on the initial walkthrough, nor did they perform the Good Sam's Inspection we were guaranteed.
How do we know this? Lets see, there is diesel fuel leaking from the main tank and the generator. The coach battery terminals were loose allowing the battery terminal to melt...

It took almost a month to fix my RV.
I was quoted $370 dollars to fix the bent landing gear on my 5th wheel. This was an over the phone quote and I should have got it in writing, because when I showed up to pick up the trailer, the lady at the service counter said that will be $550 something dollars.
What!! Your services guy said $370 she then started to read off the various charges and came...

By the way Scott don't let anybody tell you that they can't cancel the warranty policy. They can cancel it and give you a refund. They will not give you 100% back but most of the time you can get 80% 0r 90% of your money back.
