Help us make it rightI had lived at 10736 Beardslee Place apartment for 12 months. It was the worst apartment i ever had! The Management is too poor to explain! My recommendation is keep away from the apartments managed by lazy people.
I myself can be pretty skeptical of online reviews. You can never be sure who is writing these things or for what reason. Just a tip: do not move in here.

VERY thin walls, I can hear out neighbors TV, and I can even hear the upstairs neighbors snore at night! Managers are friendly, but have NO IDEA what they are doing. VERY poor maintaince. Very difficult to get things fixed, we are aways told to "keep an eye on it" when things break... Very dark and gloomy apartments, they are like caves. They will let "anyone" move in, I doubt there is any kind...
